Young or old, pregnant or athletic, post a surgery or post menopause. For all those experiencing dribbling, problems with holding on, or the feeling of something just being wrong. Pelvic floor rehabilitation could be just what you need.

Physiotherapy

Whether you are injured, need special attention post surgery, have unexplained pain that is interrupting the activities of your daily life, physiotherapy is the key to recovery and rehabilitation. We will help you gain your strength while correcting your posture and maintaining optimum movement & functional ability by customising programmes that would best suit you and your body.

Each session is customised to suit your need. An assessment is followed by an evaluation which would then decide your line of treatment. As each individual is different their treatment too will always vary.

It is not advisable to do any physiotherapy exercises without a proper consultation and professionally supervised guidance.

The main aim of physiotherapy is also to start a healthier lifestyle. Physiotherapy helps in repairing damage, reducing stiffness and pain, increasing mobility and improving quality of life. At Therhappy we use advanced techniques and evidence-based care to assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Different methods of physiotherapy are used for different conditions, that vary according to the medical symptoms.
